The governing bodies of France Invest uphold the growing diversity of the business activities of our members. They are governed by our Articles of Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

France Invest has modern, transparent, and efficient governance, relying on a Board of Directors, an Executive Bureau, an Executive Committee, a Selection Committee, an Ethics Committee, a General Director, and a team of around twenty permanent staff members.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd38Board of Directors<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The engine behind the Association’s strategy, the Board of Directors determines its direction and ensures its implementation. Subject to the powers of the General Assembly and within the limits of the Association’s purpose, it can address any issue relevant to the proper functioning of the Association and handle relevant matters. Its Chair is elected for a two-year term.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd38The Executive Committee<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


The Executive Committee ensures the implementation of the decisions made by the Board of Directors, oversees and monitors the actions of the Association, prepares positions, and serves as an audit committee to monitor and control the budget.
It consists of the Chair, Vice Chairs, Treasurer, and the General Director. The Executive Committee meets as often as the interests of the Association require and reports on its actions to the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Selection Committee<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Selection Committee, chaired by Dominique Gaillard, Armen, and former Chair of France Invest, identifies, reviews, and selects candidates for the positions of Chair, Board Members of the Association, and members of certain committees or commissions. It defines the qualifications required for these roles and ensures the long-term cohesion and renewal of the Association’s various bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ethics Committee<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Ethics Committee is dedicated to developing and promoting adherence to ethical principles and best practices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Director<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Appointed by the Board of Directors upon the proposal of the Executive Committee, the General Director is responsible for the effective management of the Association, implementing the decisions of the Board of Directors, overseeing advocacy and communication efforts, preparing and executing budgets, and managing relations between the Association and its members as well as with partner organizations. The General Director reports on their mission to the Board of Directors and to the members of the Association during General Assemblies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
