Soline is Director of Partnerships & Engagement at blisce/, a pan-Atlantic growth stage VC firm focused on consumer brands and tech ventures (Headspace, Too Good to Go, Brut, MWM). She leads post-investment support for portfolio companies around HR, corporate development and ESG. Prior to joining blisce/, Soline worked at Early Metrics, the rating agency for startups, supporting the company’s international growth. She started her career in diplomacy before joining the private sector. She is the founding member of two social projects (Ramadan Tent Project, Club du Millénaire) and a property fintech start-up (Real Funds). She is a Sciences Po-University of Kent & SOAS Alumn.
